Massage Update - please read

Hi everyone!

So I think myself and the majority of people were saddened to hear of the news that massage therapy is continuing to not be allowed due to the circumstances we are currently in. Luckily, during this time over lockdown and since reopening, we have put a plan in place and acquired appropriate levels of PPE so that when massage is allowed again - we will be ready to go!

For patients who have got massages booked in the future weeks:

• All massages booked before the 20th July will be rescheduled to after the 20th July, in keeping with your Care Plan, as well your best times and dates

  • We will endeavour to keep your massages with the same massage therapist for continuity - however due to having very high demand for massages in the clinic we may have to book you in with one of our other amazing massage therapists if the wait may be too long for you

• There will be a 10-20 minute gap between each appointment to allow for a full clean of the room and massage equipment

• Our massage therapists will be wearing full PPE in alignment with their governing body

• Once we redo your massage Care Plan, we will email you your new schedule!

• We will also be contacting all patients over the next week to confirm the news and when their new massages will be
