All new appointments booked require payment in advance to secure the booking, we can take this over the website using Square payments or can take it over the phone or BACs transfer.

If you need to rearrange your appointment we do ask for 24 hours notice, failure to comply to this may result in a £20 cancellation fee per late cancelled/missed appointment.

We are a very busy clinic and are proud to help so many people; please be polite when speaking to our front of house and understand we may not be able to accommodate the exact time and date you want, especially within the same week of calling in. If you are in acute pain and need to be seen urgently, please advise our front of house and they will do whatever they can to accommodate you.

We do not usually do a first treatment in the new patient consultation for chiropractic and sports therapy - this is to comply with the GCC and our insurance policies. Any treatment we do will be at the discretion of our practitioners and will be reflective on your examination - please let the front of house know if you are needing a treatment sooner rather than later.
