WHAT’S ON?
Monday | 9:15am
Our Pilates classes emphasise controlled, full-body movements designed to build strength, improve stability, and enhance overall body awareness, suitable for all fitness levels.
Monday | 6:30pm
Our Fundamental Mat Pilates classes provide a strong foundation, focusing on core principles, basic techniques, and proper form. Small group classes with a maximum of 9 people in each class.
Monday | 7:45pm
Our Intermediate Mat Pilates classes build on this foundation with more dynamic exercises, enhancing strength, flexibility, and coordination. Small group classes with a maximum of 9 people in each class.
Tuesday | 7am
Rise and shine with barre bootcamp! A ballet-inspired workout to get your heart rate up and strengthen the whole body. Barre bootcamp has a higher intensity and more of a cardio focus than our signature class, but levels will still be given making this ideal for all levels including beginners.
Tuesday | 6pm
These classes are a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin restorative. Suitable for all. Every week has a different vibe but always focusing on different breathing techniques for body, mind and Soul to keep your Chakras balanced.
Wednesday | 6pm
A high energy, low impact workout combining movements Ballet inspired movements with Pilates technique for full body strengthening. No dance experience required! Think heel lifts, plies, curtseys and lunges - with upperbody and core work too.
