Arthur's Story
Happy Saturday everyone! Hope everyone is staying safe and well during this lockdown.
Today we have a story from Emily, who is mum to the gorgeous 8 month old Arthur. This was written by Emily herself and we received permission from Emily to post Arthur’s story alongside his picture, on here and Instagram/Facebook.
Thank you so much to Emily for her kind words, and for sharing this story and review.

Wimborne Wellness Centre was recommended to me by a friend. I must admit I was slightly dubious about taking our new born baby (Arthur) who was suffering with severe silent reflux, colic and wind.
The care and service provided by Sophie has been quite remarkable. Not only has Sophie managed to diagnose that our son has a posterior tongue tie, which two paediatric consultants with over 40 years’ experience missed, she has also been incredibly supportive not only to her patient who was receiving the treatment but also me as an anxious, worried and concerned parent and Mum.
Sophie with support from Sue has helped tremendously and continued to call and support us as my son went through a series of hospital appointments and consultations. I even receive calls to ask how I am doing which is, without question, not part of the service and well above and beyond the normal practice.
The treatment we received was of the highest quality and professionalism, Sophie was clear and concise with her explanations of what she was doing and why at every stage. Overall the experience has most certainly helped Arthur and he is a happier boy due to her care. The centre itself is quite idyllic with a very welcoming atmosphere, they even managed to continue whilst my other 3 year old son was less than well behaved!
Sophie and the Wellness Centre did not need to go the extra mile but they have and nothing was too much trouble. As a parent nothing is more precious as you children so to have such care and support as well as professionalism and expertise removed the weight of concern.
Arthur was then referred by WWC to a private tongue division specialist who confirmed the tongue tie. The tongue tie division was then done, and Arthur is now eating a lot better, enjoying his food, and generally feeling a lot more comfortable.
To Sophie, Sue and the centre, THANK YOU. I would recommend your centre to anybody who needs you and would have no hesitation in promoting how amazing you have been.
