Covid-19: How we are preparing for reopening
With lockdown easing soon impending, we thought we would share the ways we are planning to stay safe during these unprecedented times. We are planning to carefully reopen on the 11th of May. While trying to return to some kind of normal, it is absolutely imperative that we stay safe during this. Please read ahead to see all of our procedures we have put in place:
✨ We are doing a ‘just in time’ order of face masks which means we are ordering 3 ply certified face masks as we need them - this means we are not stockpiling and trying not to take away essential supplies from the NHS as much as possible
✨ we have latex free and latex gloves to have single-use with each individual patient
✨ we have disposable aprons
✨ we have visors
✨ patient appointments will be spaced out to allow sanitisation of the clinic room between appointments
✨ we use Clinell wipes to clean the spaces
✨ we use anti viral hand sanitiser that patients are welcome to use as well
✨ patient appointments are booked as such to avoid more than 1-2 people in the clinic at any one time
✨ our lovely CA’s Lucy & Sue will be behind a Perspex screen that has a hatch to make payment
✨ we request that payment is made by card or Apple Pay and not by cash
✨ we ask that any patients who are experiencing any symptoms to please not attend the clinic for two weeks
✨ we ask that anyone who has flown or come into contact with anyone with symptoms to please not attend for at least a week (given that no symptoms develop)
✨ we are offering Skype consultations to those that are self isolating (for only £15!)
✨ we are open to any questions you may have about how we are further protecting ourselves and you during this time
❤️ Thank you to all of you for your support during this time - we cannot wait to see you all again, even if it is behind a visor! :)
